Biography
Following a Short Service Commission in the Army, Ian has over 25 years’ experience working in a range of HRM and Organisational Development roles with 3 multi-national manufacturing businesses; Ford Motor Company, Rank Hovis McDougal and McBride.
Ian teaches Post Graduates on the MBA, Master of Sport Directorship and Strategic Leader programmes. A focus upon Management, Leadership and Team Development and Leader as coach.
