Free Parking
If you plan to drive, please note that we don’t have any on-site visitor parking.
We have reserved 900 spaces at Booth Street West car park which will be free of charge for our guests if you show your QR code ticket for our Open Day.
This arrangement is in place for Saturday 21 October and Saturday 25 November only. We cannot guarantee all visitors will be able to make use of this car park, so we recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment.

How to get free parking

The staff in the Attendants Lodge will be able to assist you if you’re unsure of how to validate your ticket.
Please have your parking ticket and either an Open Day QR code ticket or programme, to hand when you exit. If you do not have these, you may be charged.

You’ll need to register at the Open Day at one of the following buildings

If you aren’t able to get a space at Booth Street West, the nearest paid parking can be found at the Aquatics Car Park, M13 9SS.
There are also a number of car parks in walking distance and in the Manchester and Salford area.
Please be aware that you may walk past the University of Manchester’s Business School on the way to the Open Day – this building is not a part of our University and you will not be able to register here.
