Arlequin is an Integrated Software program for Population Genetics Data Analysis

Requirements

  • Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP/7/8/10
  • A minimum of 512 MB RAM, and more to avoid swapping
  • At least 30MB free hard disk space

Instructions

  1. Click the Download software button
  2. Find your operating system, and click .zip filename to download the file(s).
  3. Choose a download location
  4. Once downloaded, open the zip file. Open the readme file from the folder inside
  5. Follow the instructions in the readme file.
