Audacity with FFMPEG Library
The FFmpeg library allows Audacity to import and export a much larger range of audio formats and also import audio from most video files.
Requirements
- Windows: Windows 10
- Mac: macOS 10.7 - macOS 10.15
- Audacity will run best with at least 1GB RAM and a 2 GHz processor.
Instructions
- Download and install Audacity for your operating system from this link: Download Audacity
- Once Audacity is installed, download the FFMPEG library for your operating system from this link: Download FFMPEG libraries
- Click the Download software button for guidance on installing.
