Mega
Molecular Evolutionary Genetics Analysis is computer software used for conducting statistical analysis of molecular evolution as well as constructing phylogenetic trees.
Requirements
MEGA was developed for use on Microsoft Windows® operating systems: 64-bit Windows Vista, 7, 8, or later. The minimum computer requirements are at least 2048 MB of RAM and 500 MB of available hard disk space with a 64-bit processor. The more RAM and faster your CPU (processor) is, the faster an analysis will finish. MEGA also can be run on other operating systems for which Windows emulators are available.

Mac users should make sure to download MEGA X (64bit version) as MEAGA 7 is a 32bit application which isn’t supported in Catalina onwards, see FAQs befow for more details, or the MEGA online help here
