Structure is a free software package for using multi-locus genotype data to investigate population structure.

Click the Download Software button and follow the Structure installation instructions.

NOTE for Mac users: There appears to be a known bug when trying to download the software with Catalina, which is beyond our control and something that hopefully the software creator will address at some point. Unless you are using an older version of the OS, we recommed you do not download it and use our remote system to remote onto a PC on campus instead.
