Biography

I joined Manchester Metropolitan University in May 2022 as a lecturer in the Department of Accounting, Finance and Banking. Prior to this, I was a Lecturer in Finance at Keele University. I hold a PhD in Finance from the University of Exeter and I’m a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). I’m teaching a range of Units in corporate finance, research methodologies and research project. My research interests lie in the areas of corporate finance, firm diversification, M&As, corporate restructuring and corporate governance.
