Biography

Deepak is a Lecturer in Operations & Project Management at the Manchester Metropolitan Business School. His current research is investigating the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies for socially responsible supply chain management across different industries with a focus on challenges of adoption. His work has uncovered theoretical and managerial insights across different industries and technologies including Blockchain, Big Data and Artificial Intelligence, and is being published in highly ranked management journals. Prior to  his PhD, Deepak has worked across multiple supply chain functions and has extensive experience in sourcing, manufacturing and project management in global end-to-end supply chains.

Teaching

I am experienced in teaching Supply Chain Management, Strategic Procurement, Supply Chain Relationships, Strategic Projects Management, and Digital Supply Chain Management.
