An academic with applied industry experience over many years. I believe in positive engagement with industry and organisations, by fostering collaborations through enabling and supporting research and innovation in social science.

Interests and expertise
Reader in Business Analytics, and active researcher in the areas of digital transformation, business analytics, supply chain optimisation and enterprise management. With over 30 peer-reviewed academic journal papers and international conference proceeding publications. Also presented a TedX talk on Cloud Computing for Enterprise.
With an extensive consultancy portfolio including SMEs and leading global 500 companies in areas of Digital Business Transformation, Enterprise Management, Operations and Supply Chain Management. Over 15 years’ experience in consultancy and certification projects including SAP ERP and SAP S4HANA, in new product development, production planning, sales and distribution, materials management, warehousing and logistics, and several others.
Leading and participating in several knowledge transfer partnerships, with a combined value exceeding £1.2 mil.

Undertaken several projects and initiatives in knowledge exchange roles, including working with:
-Leading aerospace manufacturer on centre section wing-box.
-Major European aerospace manufacturer on development of Supplier Integration Portal
-European Aviation Safety Administration (EASA) with the SAFA Group.
-Major UK retailer on their on-line B2B supply chain solution
Presently leading and participating in several knowledge transfer partnerships, with a combined value exceeding £1.2 mil.
Teaching
Teaching on Postgraduate level programmes and Executive Education programmes, as well as Degree Apprenticeship programmes, including visiting Academic roles in Russel Group UK and European universities .
Subjects areas include Business Analytics; Industry 4.0; Digital Leadership Transformation and Enterprise Management Systems.
Supervision of Research Associates (knowledge exchange) in Digital Business Transformation, PhD & MSc students in the areas of Business Analytics.
Research outputs
Areas of research include Operations Management and Supply Chain optimisation; Industry 4.0; Business Analytics; Process Mining; Planning and Control Systems; Digital Business transformation; Enterprise Management systems. Specifically, my work focuses on the interdisciplinary areas of technological innovation and operations management optimisation.
