The International Tourism Management College [ITM] Vienna, Austria – Link Tutor August 2011 / 2012.
In the last twelve months, enterprise has been in the form a link tutor role for the ITM College in Vienna. This has been the first year the MMU franchised BA top up degree programme Hospitality Management with Tourism [HMT] has been delivered at ITM and it has proved to be a very challenging, however rewarding experience for both partner institutions.

- ‘Cross Cultural Management’ – The impact of building and interior design on the organisational culture.
- ‘Art and Design’ – Interactive Media [CAD] Interior design, Architecture the built environment.
- Current research aligns to Phd study based on the ’Quality and Value of design within Luxury Hotels in the UK. To identify, and ascertain a series of strategic
factors that contribute to the design of a ‘WOW FACTOR ‘phenomenon within the luxury hotel industry. This is in order to compile distinct case study models
that enable, design criteria to heighten comprehension and credibility of hotel design. - Research interests also span design thinking. That which will impact the future of Service Design and hence the management of facilities within the Hospitality and Tourism environments such as, Universal Design, Accessible Design.
- Sustainable Design, Innovation and ultimately Service Design Excellence.
