Steve is the Provost and Deputy Vice-Chancellor, working closely with the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Malcolm Press on strategy and delivery. Alongside his responsibilities for planning and the distribution of academic resources, Steve leads the University’s Environment Strategy Group. This group are responsible for the strategic direction of the Leadership in Sustainability Strategy, and its implementation encompassing education, research, internationalisation and professional services, aligned to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
