About food and drink on campus

The food and drink team recently achieved three out of three stars for the Food Made Good Award, the world’s largest food and beverage sustainability accreditation spanning over 73 countries and six continents. Achieving three stars shows staff, customers, and suppliers that the University cares more than ever about sustainability and signals that we are a progressive business aiming to do the right thing for people and the planet.

On campus, you can visit one of the grab-and-go cafes serving up delicious hot drinks, meal deals and cakes, or try our high-street-inspired hot food outlets that provide the perfect space to meet, eat and work.

The cafes have a large choice of meal deals available (including halal, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options), where customers can grab a sandwich, snack (fruit or crisps), and a drink (hot or cold) for £4.00. You can also upgrade to a premium baguette, hot wrap, or panini for just £1.50 extra.
